• Understanding and Completing Advance Medical Directives
• Understanding and Completing Information Releases
• How to Be Your Own Advocate

When you register for the training session, just provide your membership number….

*While you can attend the training tuition free as a NPCOH member, your travel costs are still your own responsibility.  For some sessions NPCOH may be able to offer travel scholarships.  Contact NPCOH in ask about support for your travel to the training sessions.
