At a Reduced Conference Rate*

A “Conference Registration Fee” is charged each year to cover the costs for the participants’ food, meeting room space, audio and visual rentals, printing and planning costs.  Because the costs for each conference site change each year, the conference registration fee also changes each year.  As a NPCOH member you will receive a reduced conference registration fee rate. 

When you register for the conference, just provide your membership number….

Travel scholarships are not guaranteed.  Do not expect to receive a conference travel scholarship if you ask for assistance within a month of the conference. It is extremely difficult to find travel support on short notice.

*While you pay a reduced conference registration fee as a NPCOH member, your travel costs are still your own responsibility.  At times sponsors are secured to cover travel costs.  NPCOH may be able to offer travel scholarships.  Contact NPCOH in ask about support for your travel to the training sessions.
